Position: Client Relations Manager

Job Description:
As a Client Relations Manager for SG Creative Agency, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Your role will involve managing client accounts, fostering positive communication, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ goals, objectives, and challenges to identify opportunities for providing valuable services and solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as account managers, creative teams, and strategists) to ensure effective project execution and meet clients’ expectations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports that demonstrate the value and impact of the agency’s services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve conflicts in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, communication history, and account details.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and conduct client satisfaction surveys to measure and improve service quality.

  • Previous experience in client relationship management or account management is preferred.
